This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Assist in achieving annual sales and profitability goals through conducting inventory audits, managing replenishment, and providing customer training.
• Oversee project management and coordination for inventory initiatives involving both internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster business expansion within the designated territory by engaging with both new and existing clients.
• Act as the primary contact for inventory-managed solutions.
• Conduct inventory audits, procure products, and lead the implementation of new inventory solutions.
• Manage and facilitate the disposition of inventory at customer locations.
• Perform inventory audits, replenish stock, address inventory discrepancies, and ensure adherence to internal control measures.
• Establish and implement new inventory-managed solutions at customer sites, which includes designing systems, receiving products, and stocking and labeling finished goods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams as the subject matter expert for inventory solutions.
• Provide training to new employees, vendors, customers, and other functional departments.
• Communicate market conditions and concerns to customers and leadership.
• Address missing or incomplete information and resolve inconsistencies or anomalies in complex research and data.
• Must be a resident of Nevada.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory auditing or warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline or an MS/MA with relevant experience.
• Generally, 2–5 years of experience in a related field with a BS/BA, or 2–4 years with an MS/MA.
• Certification may be required in certain areas.
• Capability to perform intermittent physical activities, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering materials or equipment weighing over 50 pounds.
• Typically requires overnight travel of less than 10% of the time.
