This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Contribute to annual sales and profitability goals through conducting inventory audits, replenishment, and training customers.
• Execute project management and coordinate inventory initiatives between both internal and external clients.
• Foster business expansion within the designated territory with both new and existing clientele.
• Act as the primary contact for inventory-managed solutions.
• Conduct inventory audits, source and order products, and manage projects related to new inventory solutions.
• Oversee and facilitate inventory disposition at customer locations.
• Audit and replenish inventory, address customer issues concerning inventory adjustments and discrepancies, and ensure adherence to internal control protocols.
• Assist in the implementation and setup of new inventory-managed solutions, which includes designing solutions, receiving products, and stocking and labeling finished goods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams as the subject matter expert on inventory solutions tasks.
• Provide training to new hires, vendors, customers, and other functional areas.
• Present findings to customers and leadership regarding market conditions and concerns.
• Resolve missing or incomplete information along with inconsistencies or anomalies in complex research and data.
• Offer general guidance or training to junior-level support or professional personnel.
• Candidates must reside in the specified state(s); this position is exclusively available to residents of those state(s).
• A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline.
• At least 2+ years of experience in inventory auditing or warehouse operations.
• Generally requires 2–5 years of experience in a related field, or an MS/MA with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Capable of performing inventory audits, replenishment, inventory analysis, and discrepancy resolution.
• Skilled in sourcing and ordering products as well as managing inventory projects.
• Able to perform regular physical activities, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering materials or equipment weighing over 50 pounds.
• Overnight travel is typically less than 10% of the time.
• Certification is required in certain areas.
