This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Propel business expansion within the designated territory by engaging with both new and existing customers, serving as a key point of contact for inventory-managed solutions.
β’ Conduct inventory audits, procure and order products, and oversee the project management of new inventory solutions.
β’ Oversee and manage inventory disposition at customer locations by minimizing excess stock, dead stock, and discontinued items.
β’ Audit and replenish inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
β’ Address and resolve customer concerns related to inventory adjustments and discrepancies.
β’ Ensure adherence to established internal control procedures.
β’ Support the implementation and setup of new inventory-managed solutions at customer sites.
β’ Create inventory solutions, receive products, and organize and label finished goods.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams as the subject matter expert on inventory solutions tasks.
β’ Provide training to new hires, vendors, customers, and other departments on inventory solutions.
β’ Communicate market conditions and concerns to customers and leadership.
β’ Analyze data to resolve missing or incomplete information and address inconsistencies or anomalies in complex research/data.
β’ Must reside in the specified state of Florida; this position is exclusively available to residents of that state.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business, a related field, or a comparable discipline.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory auditing or warehouse operations.
β’ Typically, 2 to 5 years of experience in a related field, or 2 to 4 years with a Master's degree.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is required.
β’ Certification is necessary in certain areas.
β’ Capability to perform inventory audits, replenishment, customer training, and coordination of inventory projects.
β’ Ability to undertake intermittent physical exertion, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and handling materials or equipment weighing over 50 pounds or awkward equipment.
β’ Willingness to travel overnight less than 10% of the time.
β’ Overnight travel typically less than 10% of the time.
β’ Opportunities for training for new hires, vendors, customers, and other functional areas.
