Internship – Social Media, Content Marketing, Customer Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Your diverse tasks will involve creating content for social media, managing our community, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Working closely with our team, you will develop captivating content, including DIY projects and giveaways for our followers on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

• Foster the growth of user-generated content (UGC) and enhance influencer collaborations.

• You will serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, offering decoration advice to prospects via email and phone.

• Enjoy considerable creative autonomy and take on responsibilities from day one.

• You will assist with decoration projects at prestigious locations and for influencers, sharing your ideas in the process.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Design, or Marketing.

• Ideally, you possess some hands-on experience in online and social media marketing, as well as in the eCommerce industry.

• You have excellent written and spoken German, and you are comfortable interacting directly with customers.

• You enjoy being on camera, wish to participate in our social media campaigns, and confidently share your creative ideas.

• You are eager to get involved, proactively engage with people, and take the initiative on viral marketing activities when necessary.

• We prefer internships that are mandatory (course-required) with a minimum duration of 3 months.
