Internship, Content Marketing / Customer Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Your position will consistently focus on the user, aiming to enhance awareness, foster consideration, ignite desire and engagement, and generate actions and results within our target audience through: 1. Content, and 2. Customer Relationship tools.

• You will creatively elevate our social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook).

• You will produce engaging content (video scripts, images, text, etc.) tailored for our target audience.

• You will assess performance using common influencer and online marketing tools.

• You will write blog posts as well as our FAQs.

• You will be responsible for designing Onescreener pages for our customers during their onboarding and conversion processes.

• You will provide customer support to our high-profile users concerning their onboarding and page creation.

• You will serve as a liaison between our customers and internal departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• You belong to Gen Z, are a social media native, or are an influencer yourself with over 10K followers.

• You are self-motivated, independent, and an organized thinker capable of managing your workload and writing without extensive oversight.

• You have experience in creating videos for social media and writing blog posts.

• You possess a results-driven mindset and complete tasks effectively.

• You are passionate about growing businesses through digital and influencer marketing.

• You enjoy communicating with people via chat, email, phone, or social media.

• You are a native English speaker and ideally fluent in German, both orally and in writing.

• Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or Swiss German is considered a plus.
