International RFP/Tender Response Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Prepare high-quality responses for RFPs, tenders, frameworks, RFQs, RFIs, and proposals related to international Health Information Systems opportunities.

• Analyze customer requirements and deliver compliant, compelling responses that align with scoring criteria.

• Develop executive summaries, solution narratives, implementation responses, value propositions, and case study materials.

• Maintain response matrices, track essential requirements, and ensure adherence to all submission instructions.

• Confirm claims, product statements, certifications, references, and commitments with internal subject matter experts.

• Facilitate input from various stakeholders including sales, product, clinical, technical, legal, security, finance, and leadership teams.

• Oversee version control, deadlines, review cycles, and ensure the final document quality prior to submission.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher (must be completed and verified before starting).

• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in healthcare technology, Health Information Systems, digital health, revenue cycle, clinical software, analytics, or enterprise software; OR a High School Diploma/GED with twelve (12) years of relevant experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in composing RFPs, tenders, bids, or proposals within a complex B2B environment.

• A background in business, communications, English, journalism, healthcare, life sciences, technical writing, or a related discipline.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, product, technical, legal, security, finance, or leadership teams.

• Exceptional written English skills with a strong capability to simplify complex healthcare, technical, or commercial information.

• Strong document management skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple active deadlines concurrently.

• Experience responding to public sector healthcare tenders or international procurement opportunities.

• Certification in APMP Foundation, Practitioner, or equivalent bid/proposal management training.

• Familiarity with proposal management platforms, content libraries, CRM systems, or bid workflow tools.

• Proficiency in multiple languages.
