This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Initiate the launch of new products and identify effective strategies to manage business relationships.
• Comprehend formulary access and actively promote products within designated accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with assigned clients, accounts, Therapeutic Area Specialists, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Secure access to and educate clinicians, influencers, and decision-makers within health systems and assigned accounts.
• Collect customer and market insights while adhering to compliance standards.
• Create and execute business and territory call plans.
• Foster rapport and relationships with KOLs and customers via both virtual and face-to-face interactions.
• Engage with key customers to enhance business growth and stimulate product demand.
• Deliver approved and targeted messaging related to products and disease states.
• Inform providers about both branded and unbranded product value propositions.
• Organize customer engagements and utilize approved Pfizer resources effectively.
• Assist in patient access by providing information on reimbursement, PAP, Pfizer hub programs, and co-pay resources.
• Present the approved terms of sale and contractual details while addressing on-label inquiries.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Field Medical, Reimbursement, Key Account Management, and other cross-functional areas.
• Respond to customer inquiries by following triaging protocols and utilizing digital applications.
• Relay customer insights to leadership and contribute to local market strategy development.
• Propel sales across assigned health systems, affiliated institutions, medical groups, and healthcare providers (HCPs).
• Enhance IAT productivity through insights, relationship management, and execution.
• Develop skills in strategic account selling and management.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 3 years of prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical marketing, promotional, sales, or related fields.
• Proven track record in marketing, promotional, or sales success.
• Strong skills in territory management.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability in teamwork, leadership, and accountability.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or similar impaired driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies the candidate.
• Proven leadership among peer groups.
• Capability to sell within a specialized market utilizing third-party reimbursement and service centers.
• Advanced understanding of disease states, therapeutic areas, and related products.
• Proficient in strategic account marketing, promotional, sales, and management skills.
• Ability to devise comprehensive plans for territory, accounts, and customers.
• Exceptional marketing, promotional, sales, technical, and relationship-building skills.
• History of assessing account needs and providing pertinent information and resources.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving, strategic thinking, data analysis, and project management skills.
• Excellent skills in planning and prioritization.
• Ability to engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the marketing, promotional, and sales lifecycle.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Capacity to learn and adapt to new working methods in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Skillful in working strategically within a matrix environment and leveraging various resources.
• Proven ability in cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and effective resource utilization.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in analyzing sales data and utilizing call-reporting software/applications.
• Ability to learn and implement new technology.
