Internal Medicine Director, Migraine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver expertise in the Migraine therapeutic area and product knowledge to external medical stakeholders.

• Strategize and implement independent medical plans and engagements for external medical stakeholders.

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of relevant therapeutic areas, disease states, and Pfizer products.

• Act as a liaison for Medical Information and insights from external medical stakeholders.

• Contribute to the development of strategies for Medical educational content.

• Execute activities in compliance with all pertinent policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Educate external medical stakeholders about gaps in patient care.

• Meet leadership-defined goals regarding stakeholder engagement.

• Provide accurate, truthful, and scientifically validated information to stakeholders.

• Foster expertise in research and therapeutic areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in health science is required.

• A PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal doctoral degree is highly preferred.

• Relevant experience is necessary: PharmD/PhD with 5 years, MBA/MSc with 7 years, or BA/BSc with 8 years of experience.

• Recognized subject matter expert among both internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrate a wide range of leadership experiences and capabilities, including the ability to influence, collaborate with peers, and create business impact.

• Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Show exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Capable of managing a significant number of projects developed in a remote setting.

• Work effectively within a matrixed, multi-disciplinary team.
