Clinical Director – Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Engage in a comprehensive leadership training program centered on clinical operations and regulatory adherence.

• Shadow and assist Clinical Directors in their daily clinical, staffing, scheduling, and operational tasks.

• Contribute to the evaluation of resident care plans, medication management, and health assessments to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

• Aid in quality assurance efforts and help achieve clinical performance objectives.

• Acquire knowledge and assist with compliance related to state and federal regulations, audits, and documentation precision.

• Support the recruitment, training, and mentoring of Wellness team members.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide person-centered care.

• Communicate effectively with residents and their families about care plans and health updates.

• Assist with scheduling, staffing strategies, inventory oversight, and basic operational planning.

• Participate in continuous professional development in geriatric care and clinical leadership.

• Undertake additional responsibilities within the scope of practice as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid RN, LPN, or LVN license (mandatory).

• At least 1 year of clinical experience in senior living, long-term care, or a related healthcare environment.

• Strong leadership potential and a keen interest in management positions.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned region (if applicable).
