• Core Responsibilities
• Business Development & Client Acquisition – 50%
• Discover and secure new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
• Utilize your professional network to facilitate warm introductions and strategic collaborations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Cultivate enduring relationships with founders, executives, and operational leaders.
• Relationship Management & Account Growth – 25%
• Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients.
• Spot opportunities to broaden partnerships within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee an outstanding client experience.
• Represent Pearl at industry conferences, networking functions, and executive meetings.
• Vertical Strategy & Market Development – 15%
• Identify emerging segments and growth prospects within healthcare.
• Provide market insights to leadership regarding industry trends and customer requirements.
• Refine messaging and positioning for various healthcare audiences.
• Assist in defining Pearl's long-term growth strategy in healthcare.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – 10%
• Collaborate with Recruiting to align client requirements with talent strategies.
• Work closely with Marketing on campaigns aimed at healthcare organizations.
• Partner with leadership to enhance sales processes and client acquisition strategies.
• Must-Haves (Required)
• 8–15+ years of experience in healthcare business development, executive search, recruiting, partnerships, or healthcare commercial leadership.
• Proven track record in developing and finalizing enterprise or strategic healthcare accounts.
• Extensive network among healthcare founders, executives, operators, or talent leaders.
• Demonstrated success in generating business through relationship-focused sales.
• Strong grasp of the healthcare technology and care delivery landscape.
• Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and executive relationship building.
• Highly self-motivated with an ownership mentality.
• Experience in high-growth or entrepreneurial settings.

• Background in healthcare technology, digital health, or venture-backed startups.
• Experience in executive search or healthcare recruiting.
