This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create, revise, and distribute internal communications across various platforms, such as email newsletters, intranet updates, and Slack notifications.
• Assist in maintaining a content calendar to guarantee consistent and timely messaging throughout the organization.
• Offer suggestions for enhancing our communication strategies with employees at all levels.
• Aid in the development of visual materials, including banners, presentations, and basic graphics, utilizing design templates.
• Support the organization and logistics of internal events, including all-hands meetings, town halls, and employee engagement activities.
• Help manage communications related to company initiatives, product launches, and personnel announcements.
• Monitor engagement and collect feedback post-communications and events to assist the team in continuous improvement.
• Handle incoming requests from teams needing communication support, assisting in triaging and prioritizing tasks.
• Keep internal resources and documentation current, including intranet pages and communication toolkits.
• Learn to manage sensitive communications with appropriate care and discretion.
• Assist with company-wide activities such as all-company announcements and All Hands presentations.
• 1-2 years of experience in communications, marketing, content, or a related field.
• Familiarity with an internal or employee communications environment is a plus but not mandatory.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced setting, ideally within a tech company or similar field.
• Strong writing abilities—attentive to word choice and aware of tone's significance.
• A genuine passion for communication and an interest in understanding what motivates people.
• Organized and reliable; capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines independently.
• Proficient with digital tools such as email platforms, intranets, and project management software (training provided), and open to working with AI.
• Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and ambitious to grow quickly.
• A positive and proactive attitude, with the confidence to propose ideas early on and collaborate closely with senior team members.
