Internal Audit Field Officer – Part-Time Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct field surveys with recipients using call center technology.

• Employ Aidkit, Salesforce, and other internal software to monitor incidents.

• Report any identified cases and regularly follow up with briefs to the IAA.

• Collaborate with the IAA to review and effectively draft the recipient Internal Audit follow-up survey.

• Analyze the effectiveness of the surveys and provide recommendations.

• Monitor monthly survey responses from applicants.

• Gather all possible complaints and ensure responses are provided within a reasonable timeframe.

• Escalate information and report challenging cases to the supervisor according to established escalation protocols.

• Generate weekly reports on cases, observations, and outcomes.

• Research and utilize social media to investigate flagged online imposters and scammers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English is essential. Additional fluency in other languages is advantageous.

• Strong interpersonal abilities with a capacity to show respect and openness toward individuals from diverse social and cultural backgrounds.

• Excellent active listening and investigative interview skills.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with vulnerable communities.

• Technological proficiency – IACs will utilize a smartphone, tablet, or computer to accurately document recipient details in survey forms.
