Internal Account Manager, P&C – Commercial & Industrial Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide independent advisory services to a designated portfolio of commercial and industrial clients (companies with approximately 50 or more employees) across all P&C lines, excluding motor, life, and health.

• Foster and maintain customer relationships, serving as the main point of contact for all client inquiries.

• Lead renewal negotiations with insurers and oversee tender processes, including comparisons of policies and terms.

• Prepare for and, when necessary, participate in annual review meetings alongside field sales management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role with an insurance broker or insurer, focusing on commercial or industrial insurance.

• Strong knowledge in at least one P&C line, such as industrial fire, business liability, and product liability.

• Completed vocational training as an insurance clerk or insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt), or possess a relevant degree.
