This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.
• Develop and sustain integrations between internal systems (CRM, ITSM, ERP) utilizing REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Create data pipelines for transferring, transforming, and synchronizing data across various platforms.
• Utilize iPaaS tools such as Make, Zapier, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and data discrepancies within distributed systems.
• Produce clean, well-documented code in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Integrate LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI) into internal workflows and business applications.
• Develop MCP connectors to facilitate AI agents' interaction with enterprise systems.
• Assist in designing and testing multi-agent workflows using LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Prototype AI-native methodologies: document parsing, ticket classification, semantic search, and RAG pipelines.
• Monitor AI pipelines for accuracy and unusual behavior; iterate based on observed results.
• Write tests to confirm integration and pipeline functionality.
• Engage in code reviews by providing and receiving structured feedback via GitHub pull requests.
• Implement basic security measures: secret management, input validation, OAuth2 scopes, and least-privilege API access.
• Recognize and report common integration security vulnerabilities such as exposed credentials, insecure endpoints, and excessive data exposure.
• Document API contracts, data mappings, and configuration settings.
• Maintain runbooks and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
• Foundational knowledge in Python and/or JavaScript/Node.js.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth2.
• Proficient with Git and GitHub — including branching, commits, pull requests, and merge conflict resolution.
• Basic SQL proficiency.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or Docker is advantageous.
• Comfortable utilizing AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Claude).
• Fundamental understanding of LLMs: context windows, tool calling, and prompt design.
• Awareness of responsible AI practices: hallucination risks, data privacy, and output validation.
• Understanding of common API security vulnerabilities.
• Basic knowledge of authentication and authorization methods: OAuth2, API keys, JWT.
• Awareness of data handling responsibilities: PII, access control, and audit logging.
• Experience with Jira for task tracking, sprint planning, and issue management.
• Proficient in GitHub for version control, pull requests, and collaborative code reviews.
• Comfortable working within an Agile team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and self-motivated.
• Adaptable to ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
