Intern – Digital Transformation Tax Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation of a new operating model for innovative tax solutions within the financial services sector as part of a dedicated transformation team.

• Serve as the bridge between tax professionals and technology experts, converting tax needs into digital and automated solutions.

• Engage actively within a tax department to support digital and operational transformation efforts.

• Aid in the design, testing, and enhancement of data-driven and automated processes to improve tax reporting and compliance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the ongoing improvement of digital tax service models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related discipline.

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for digital transformation, automation, and data-driven solutions.

• Knowledge ranging from basic to advanced in programming languages and analysis tools such as RPA, SQL, RStudio, and coding languages (e.g., Python).

• Capability to work independently while being an active, reliable team member with a collaborative mindset.

• Fundamental understanding of financial products and financial services.

• Strong analytical thinking, a methodical approach to work, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
