Intermediate Full-stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Full-stack development: create, test, and maintain scalable web applications utilizing Ruby on Rails as the main framework.

• UI/UX design: work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.

• Front-end development: Employ HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and contemporary server-side frameworks (Ruby on Rails Hotwire or Phoenix LiveView).

• Back-end development: design and implement RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and manage databases using PostgreSQL or equivalent technologies.

• Code quality: produce code that aligns with our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices.

• Testing and debugging: develop and perform comprehensive testing, debugging, and performance enhancement.

• Delivery: take ownership of the entire work lifecycle, delivering features and minor enhancements.

• Self-management: establish and adhere to timeline expectations for your tasks.

• Collaboration: engage in the technical design of features with guidance.

• Communication: articulate ideas clearly during pair programming and in small team discussions.

• Continuous improvement: keep abreast of new technologies and industry trends.

• Mentoring and coaching: offer guidance on specific technical methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Heroku).

• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in mobile development or responsive design.
