This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee training programs from authorization to delivery, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, client specifications, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Enhance client growth and profitability by optimizing current client revenue, converting authorizations and initiations, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Engage with learners to understand their needs, address issues, and escalate any non-standard programs or complaints.
• Manage and provide support to the global trainer network.
• Keep track of trainers’ certifications and skills.
• Assist trainers in navigating daily challenges and pair them with learners based on their needs, location, and objectives.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and client representatives to investigate and address learner feedback, low ratings, exceptions, and program-related concerns.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of program data and documentation, including platform records, tracking files, billing, payments, invoicing, and timely reporting to clients.
• Act as the primary liaison for the coordination of training programs.
• Report directly to the Regional Manager for Client Success Partnerships.
• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience in an international or multicultural organization.
• Ability to collaborate efficiently across cultures and with globally distributed teams.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence and readiness to communicate directly with stakeholders via phone.
• High level of intercultural sensitivity and awareness.
• Background or experience in intercultural skills and competencies.
• Capability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving situations.
• Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage, though not mandatory.
• Familiarity with the SIETAR network is beneficial, but not required.
• Resume must be provided in English.
