Intellectual Property Analyst – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Analyze and enhance AI-generated outputs on subjects including patent protection, trademark disputes, copyright, infringement assessments, and intellectual property strategy.

• Assess AI responses for their practical accuracy, logical coherence, and relevance to real-world business scenarios.

• Develop realistic intellectual property scenarios and case studies derived from your personal experience.

• Generate variations of scenarios from multiple viewpoints (e.g., in-house counsel, IP analyst, rights holder, regulator).

• Identify gaps, legal missteps, or flawed reasoning in AI-produced intellectual property content.

• Evaluate and enhance AI-generated intellectual property content, ensuring it embodies authentic reasoning, robust logic, and up-to-date best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A senior-level IP analyst, consultant, or in-house professional.

• Must be based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.

• Several years of practical experience in intellectual property matters (e.g., patents, trademarks, copyright, trade secrets).

• Strong capability to evaluate IP reasoning and differentiate between theoretical concepts and pragmatic, actionable solutions.

• Comfortable working autonomously and delivering detailed, constructive feedback.

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with immediate or short-term availability.
