This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Assist in developing and managing the machine that powers Calvin Smith’s personal brand, including his EOS implementation business, podcast, speaking engagements, Skool/community, content creation, and sales pipeline.
• Design systems, lead teams, leverage AI, ensure accountability, and enhance processes.
• Recruit and guide individuals to implement strategies while remaining hands-on when necessary.
• Establish actionable scorecards and create processes to ensure accountability.
• Utilize AI automation to boost team efficiency and precision.
• Keep Calvin Smith focused on priority tasks and safeguard his time.
• You have managed a team of at least 7 people simultaneously.
• You possess over 5 years of verifiable experience in leadership roles.
• You have conducted weekly team meetings where team members reported on metrics, progress, challenges, and next steps.
• You are experienced and comfortable having direct accountability discussions with individuals who are missing deadlines, underperforming, or making excuses.
• You are proficient in assigning responsibilities, setting deadlines, following up, and motivating team members when necessary.
• You can balance leading and executing tasks simultaneously.
• You have a minimum of 3 years in operations, project management, chief of staff roles, growth operations, founder support, executive operations, agency operations, creator operations, or a similar execution-oriented position.
• You have personally developed and overseen a weekly scorecard, KPI dashboard, project tracker, or reporting system.
• You have concurrently managed at least 5 active projects or workstreams.
• You have spent over 2 years working directly with a creator, coach, or consultant (or the founder of a similar agency).
• You utilize AI tools on a daily basis and can articulate your knowledge and usage of them.
• You have employed tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, n8n, or similar to create or enhance at least 3 actual workflows, automations, SOPs, dashboards, content systems, research processes, or reporting systems.
• You can describe what you created, its significance, and the improvements it made.
• You are not starting from scratch in learning about AI for this role.
• You are already proficient and actively striving for greatness.
• You do not need to be the top salesperson, content strategist, podcast booker, LinkedIn expert, or Skool operator, but you must have enough understanding to lead those executing the tasks.
• You should have real familiarity with at least 3 of the following 6 areas: Social media growth, LinkedIn growth, Podcast operations, Sales pipeline/CRM management, Online courses/Skool/community, Speaking or event outreach.
• You have strong spoken and written English skills.
• You can communicate effectively without requiring everything to be polished by others.
• You are comfortable making brief Loom/video updates.
• You are at ease leading meetings.
• You can be direct without being disrespectful.
• You can respectfully disagree with Calvin or the team when necessary.
• You are prepared to work full-time+ (this will require significant effort).
• You can overlap with U.S. business hours for at least 50% of the workday.
• You can be responsive to Calvin and the team during "off-hours" when needed.
• You can begin within 14 days of receiving an offer.
• You are comfortable with a base salary of $2,000 USD/month plus potential performance bonuses of up to $12,000/year.
• You will provide the required video application.

• Health Insurance after 90 days
• Travel opportunities of up to 2 weeks at a time, up to 4 times per year
• Bonus potential of up to $12,000 USD remaining for 2026, and up to $24,000 for 2027
