This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Oversee the complete integration planning and execution for acquisitions, ensuring readiness from Day 1 through to full operational and cultural assimilation.
β’ Serve as the main liaison among leadership, functional teams, and acquired organizations.
β’ Identify and address cross-cultural, communication, and procedural discrepancies between merging teams.
β’ Develop and monitor integration roadmaps that include milestones, responsible parties, and success metrics across HR, operations, systems, and cultural workstreams.
β’ Collaborate with People/HR, Finance, IT, and business unit leaders to synchronize policies, tools, reporting structures, and operational methods.
β’ Proactively identify risks and obstacles, providing practical solutions.
β’ Create and sustain integration documentation, playbooks, and repositories of lessons learned.
β’ Assist in due diligence and pre-close preparations for forthcoming acquisitions.
β’ Conduct workshops and check-ins to foster alignment, transparency, and accountability.
β’ Regularly report on integration progress and risks to leadership.
β’ Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Confident in presenting to senior leadership.
β’ Proven experience collaborating with individuals and teams from diverse cultures and countries.
β’ Authentic cross-cultural fluency.
β’ History of successfully managing international, cross-border, or multi-site projects.
β’ Previous experience in M&A integration, post-merger integration (PMI), or related change management/transformation initiatives.
β’ Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
β’ Methodical and organized approach to creating roadmaps, tracking actions, and enforcing accountability without formal authority.
β’ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities.
β’ Willingness and capacity to travel as required across various locations.
β’ Proficiency in additional languages beyond English is preferred.
β’ Experience in the technology, software, or services industry is preferred.
β’ Background in consulting, corporate development, or a dedicated M&A/integration role is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with change management frameworks and the design of integration playbooks is preferred.
