This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Configure and integrate new acquirers and payment providers into the payment orchestration environment using Corefy.
• Establish provider credentials, API access, routing logic, and payment methods within the platform.
• Create and manage merchant accounts, ensuring precise onboarding and production readiness.
• Assist merchants through the technical go-live processes, which include API integration and validation of payment setups.
• Provide guidance to clients on the most appropriate integration models, such as Host-to-Host, hosted payment pages, and API-based solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for merchants post-launch, addressing integration-related incidents and operational support.
• Diagnose payment processing issues, webhook failures, routing inconsistencies, tokenization challenges, and 3DS-related errors.
• Collaborate with payment providers and external partners to resolve technical incidents and reduce downtime.
• Monitor live integrations and proactively detect anomalies, performance risks, or configuration issues.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation that covers integrations, workflows, recurring issues, and support procedures.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in payments, FinTech, PSPs, acquiring, or technical merchant support environments.
• Practical experience with Corefy or comparable payment orchestration platforms is crucial.
• Solid understanding of payment infrastructure concepts, including H2H integrations, APIs, hosted payment pages, 3DS, tokenization, and webhooks.
• Proficiency in reading API documentation, testing endpoints, inspecting payloads, and troubleshooting integration flows.
• Experience working directly with merchants or clients in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Outstanding problem-solving and incident management skills in fast-paced operational settings.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
