📋 Description

• The Integration Manager plays a crucial role in spearheading integrations associated with the enterprise ERP transformation, encompassing strategy, architecture, implementation, and operational support for data and systems integrations.

• This role merges leadership of personnel, technical oversight, and strategic planning to guarantee that integrations are secure, scalable, dependable, and in harmony with business objectives.

• The Integration Manager oversees the ERP integration workstream, sets standards and best practices, and manages both team dynamics and vendor partnerships necessary for enterprise interoperability and data exchange.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in systems integration, software engineering, data integration, or similar technical positions.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience leading integration projects, technical teams, or enterprise integration initiatives.

• Extensive experience in designing and supporting integrations across enterprise systems, databases, and third-party platforms.

• A strong grasp of integration patterns, including APIs, ETL, middleware, file-based integrations, and event-driven workflows.

• Familiarity with one or more integration or middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic, or comparable tools.

• Experience in constructing data pipelines and ETL/ELT jobs within data integration platforms like SAP Data Services, Talend, Azure Data Factory, or similar tools.

• Proficient in SQL and relational database concepts.

• Knowledge of one or more programming or scripting languages such as Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical projects and manage conflicting priorities.

• Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
