This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and execution of omnichannel media campaigns encompassing streaming video/audio, display/native, programmatic, search, social, and more.

• Manage media flowcharts, documentation for campaign setup, and insertion orders (IOs).

• Collaborate with vendors and partners on creative trafficking, UTM and landing page configuration, and billing documents (W-9s, vendor forms, etc.).

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and organization of campaign details and deliverables across various systems.

• Gather and compile weekly and monthly performance metrics from vendor dashboards and platform reports.

• Monitor media expenditure and pacing across campaigns, regularly updating internal and client trackers.

• Uphold the integrity of funnel reporting, ensuring data consistency across platforms, UTMs, and creative versions.

• Detect anomalies or shifts in performance early and collaborate with planners to comprehend the reasons behind them.

• Aid in the creation of recurring and ad-hoc performance presentations that convert data into clear narratives.

• Collaborate with the Ad Operations Manager to guarantee consistent creative trafficking, tag quality assurance, and UTM tracking.

• Work closely with Media Planners and Leads to maintain accurate and timely data that facilitates proactive optimization.

• Contribute to the development of internal documentation, templates, and best practices that enhance process efficiency.

• Engage in cross-team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and campaign evaluations to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of contemporary media planning.

• Acquire hands-on experience with essential media tools including Google Campaign Manager, Prisma, Nielsen, MediaRadar, DSP dashboards, and analytics platforms.

• Organize and manage version-controlled reporting files in Google Sheets, Excel, and Asana.

• Support the implementation of Acadia’s evolving ad operations processes to ensure accuracy and accountability across campaigns.


⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in media planning, marketing analytics, or advertising operations (agency or internship experience is preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and comfort in working with extensive data sets.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).

• Basic understanding of digital media concepts (impressions, CPM, CTR, conversions, pacing).

• Effective communicator capable of identifying anomalies and following through with clarity.

• Inquisitive about media strategy and eager to understand the “why” behind performance data.

• Organized, responsible, and proactive — comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
