This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist in the development and execution of omnichannel media campaigns encompassing streaming video/audio, display/native, programmatic, search, social, and more.
• Oversee media flowcharts, campaign setup documentation, and insertion orders (IOs).
• Collaborate with vendors and partners on creative trafficking, UTM and landing page configurations, and billing documentation (W-9s, vendor forms, etc.).
• Ensure that campaign details and deliverables are precise, comprehensive, and organized across various systems.
• Extract and assemble weekly and monthly performance data from vendor dashboards and platform reports.
• Monitor media expenditure and pacing across campaigns, regularly updating internal and client trackers.
• Uphold the integrity of funnel reporting — ensuring data consistency across platforms, UTMs, and creative variants.
• Detect anomalies or shifts in performance early and collaborate with planners to comprehend the underlying reasons.
• Aid in the creation of recurring and ad-hoc performance presentations that convert data into understandable narratives.
• Collaborate with the Ad Operations Manager to guarantee consistent creative trafficking, tag quality assurance, and UTM tracking.
• Work closely with Media Planners and Leads to maintain accurate and timely data that supports proactive optimization.
• Contribute to internal documentation, templates, and best practices that enhance process efficiency.
• Engage in cross-team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and campaign evaluations to develop a comprehensive understanding of contemporary media planning.
• Acquire hands-on experience with essential media tools such as Google Campaign Manager, Prisma, Nielsen, MediaRadar, DSP dashboards, and analytics platforms.
• Organize and manage version-controlled reporting files using Google Sheets, Excel, and Asana.
• Assist in the implementation of Acadia’s evolving ad operations processes to ensure precision and accountability across campaigns.
• 0–2 years of experience in media planning, marketing analytics, or advertising operations (agency or internship experience is preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and comfort in working with extensive data sets.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Basic understanding of digital media concepts (impressions, CPM, CTR, conversions, pacing).
• Effective communicator who can identify anomalies and follow up with clarity.
• Curious about media strategy and eager to understand the “why” behind performance data.
• Organized, accountable, and proactive — comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Exposure to full-funnel media planning across various channels and industries.
• Hands-on experience with advanced planning, analytics, and reporting tools.
