Integrated Master Scheduler – Federal Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for intricate, multi-year VA projects utilizing MS Project or similar tools.

• Gather input from various project managers, functional leaders, and external collaborators to ensure precise schedule alignment and dependency management.

• Identify and address scheduling conflicts, resource limitations, and risks associated with the critical path.

• Facilitate regular schedule status assessments with VA stakeholders and internal project teams.

• Aid in integrated project planning, Earned Value Management (EVM), and reporting to guarantee schedule compliance and performance monitoring.

• Produce and deliver schedule status reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

• Integrate Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies into scheduling as necessary.

• Ensure adherence to VA PMAS, TMS, and other federal delivery standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience).

• Over 10 years of experience as a scheduler or project controls analyst on federal initiatives.

• Proficient in Microsoft Project.

• Extensive knowledge of project management practices (PMBOK, EVM, critical path methodology).

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to qualify for a Level 3 Public Trust.
