Intake Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create a welcoming and informative experience for all new members during their enrollment process.

• Accurately collect all relevant medical information, including medication lists and medical history.

• Support our Provider Team in assessing and enrolling new members.

• Educate new members about the program's details and benefits with confidence and accuracy.

• Ensure members are aware of the expectations regarding device usage.

• Order remote monitoring devices for members.

• Capable of making high-quality, high-volume calls.

• Foster a culture of kindness, teamwork, compassion, and mutual respect.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a current, active, and unrestricted LPN multi-state compact license in a nursing compact state, and be in good standing with the Board of Registered Nurses.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on nursing experience is required, with a strong preference for telehealth and chronic care management experience.

• Experience with EHR systems, particularly AthenaHealth, is a plus.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.

• Comfortable using a computer; experience navigating through multiple applications while on calls; MacBook experience is a plus.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection is essential.

• Strong time management skills and self-motivation are necessary.

• Must be a quick learner in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Professional and effective communication style that resonates with all team members and members.

• A work ethic and attitude that align with the core values and goals of CopilotIQ.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
