Intake Closer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Conduct video and text consultations with potential clients.

• Provide consultations to clients and suggest suitable legal services.

• Establish trust through a consultative sales methodology.

• Clarify legal services, retainer agreements, payment plans, and onboarding processes.

• Process client payments using authorized payment methods.

• Keep precise notes in the firm's CRM and documentation systems.

• Adhere to intake protocols, legal updates, and departmental procedures.

• Handle a high volume of follow-up calls and meetings.

• Collaborate with Sales Leads, Case Analysts, and internal teams.

• Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly sales, conversion, and performance targets.

• Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, with C1/C2 level in English.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Legal Intake, Case Consulting, Sales Closing, or similar consultative sales roles.

• At least 2 years of experience in high-ticket closing.

• Experience in selling to US clients through phone or Zoom.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.

• Must reside in LATAM and work during PST hours.

• Strong skills in consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in KPI- and metrics-driven sales environments.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

• Availability for a rotating schedule, which may include weekends.

• Capability to receive payments in USD through PayPal.

• Reliable laptop or desktop with a minimum of 16GB RAM and a Core i5 processor or better.

• Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.

• Interest in Immigration or Criminal Defense law is preferred.

• Bachelor’s or Law degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• Self-motivated, coachable, competitive, and results-oriented.

• Ability to work remotely in a disciplined manner.
