This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct initial consultations that foster trust and clarity for prospective clients starting from the first interaction.
• Evaluate personal injury and workers’ compensation claims for legal validity, risk assessment, and alignment with firm criteria.
• Examine intake notes, incident specifics, medical records, and supplementary documents to assess case viability.
• Offer practical, straightforward advice regarding rights, expectations, timelines, and subsequent steps.
• Propose initial case strategies and identify the most suitable legal avenues early on.
• Collaborate with intake personnel to ensure comprehensive, accurate case information and a smooth transition for clients.
• Make prompt accept/decline decisions and document the reasons clearly in the case management system.
• Facilitate follow-ups that enhance client retention and seamless onboarding without compromising quality.
• Assist the intake team in addressing common concerns and objections during the decision-making process.
• Provide insights on intake trends and identify process gaps to continuously enhance quality and conversion rates.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law institution.
• Active law practice license (in good standing).
• Profound knowledge of personal injury and/or workers’ compensation principles.
• Strong client-facing communication skills (ability to explain complex topics simply and calmly).
• Excellent legal judgment and decision-making capabilities with confidence in making accept/decline calls.
• Organized and detail-oriented documentation practices within a case management system.
• Capacity to work efficiently with a sense of urgency while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Over 1 year of experience in personal injury and/or workers’ compensation.
• Experience in reviewing medical records and incident reports during the intake process.
• Comfort in collaborating with Client Advocates, Case Managers, and Legal Assistants within a structured workflow.
• Familiarity with outcomes-based or accountability-driven work environments.
• Competitive monthly salary paid in USD.
