This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main product authority for Silvur’s Insurance platform among all active credit union partners.
• Create and implement scalable training programs for credit union personnel, in-branch teams, and executive stakeholders in partnership with local Silver Insurance agents.
• Develop repeatable enablement materials, playbooks, and resources that can be efficiently utilized across a large partner portfolio.
• Manage the ongoing relationship with over 16 credit union partners, serving as the primary contact for product inquiries, support escalations, and program enhancement.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and proactive check-ins to identify adoption gaps, celebrate achievements, and align on objectives.
• Oversee new partner onboarding from start to finish — from kickoff to complete program implementation — with a structured, education-first methodology.
• Set up and track referral metrics, engagement statistics, and product utilization data across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and marketing teams to enhance member outcomes and influence the product development roadmap.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in partner success, client onboarding, account management, or product specialist roles — preferably managing large portfolios (10+ accounts).
• Previous startup experience is essential; you thrive in ambiguous settings and can establish processes where none currently exist.
• Experience in the insurance, financial services, or B2B2C platform partnerships is preferred.
• Proven track record of collecting and analyzing data to inform decision-making.
• Proficiency with a modern, AI-first lightweight technology stack — including Claude, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), HubSpot, Asana, Canva, and more.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and project management abilities.
