This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Oversee the overall training requirements and ensure that adequate training resources are available to implement necessary new hire orientation and program training.
• Promptly identify resource limitations to align training plans with the capacity of training resources.
• Foster ongoing enhancement of Service Provider and program training materials as well as the entire curriculum in close cooperation with the training and outsourcing teams.
• Guarantee effective knowledge sharing and the establishment of sign-off/approval processes for both Training and Policy between the Service Provider and the team.
• Provide strategic direction to training and policy teams regarding process/curriculum and content enhancement opportunities.
• Create materials that adhere to process standards.
• Collaborate with the quality team to identify learning opportunities from quality audits, call calibrations, and client feedback.
• Assess and revise training materials to ensure they remain relevant and content is current.
• Develop process knowledge assessments, tracking and monitoring learning advancements.
• Implement process changes, updates, and workflow enhancements.
• Supervise content revisions based on feedback from subject matter experts.
• Conduct classroom training, fulfill refresher training sessions, and provide upskilling.
• Ensure that training performance is monitored and delivered according to requirements.
• Oversee course evaluations and manage employees during in-process training.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in training development and delivery, particularly within the fintech sector.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs for varied audiences.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the capability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to build rapport with trainees.
• Proficiency in utilizing e-learning platforms, presentation software, and other training tools.
• Demonstrated skills in assessing training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to tailor training methods to accommodate different learning styles and technical abilities.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency.
