Insurance Tracking Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Match insurance documentation with loan records in the Miniter Ecommerce System.

• Review and process insurance documents related to loan records to ensure appropriateness and adequate policy coverage.

• Provide accurate and efficient data entry of insurance documents in line with established policies and procedures.

• Follow the Daily Workflow Schedule that details job responsibilities and daily processing targets.

• Handle transactions across various work queues each day.

• Actively engage in all training sessions, team meetings, department meetings, and one-on-one discussions.

• Deliver high-quality customer service and assist customers with prompt resolutions.

• Educate customers on the necessity of insurance documents for their loans.

• Execute loan transactions with a focus on quality and productivity during call wrap-up.

• Attend industry-specific continuing education training and courses.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong attention to detail is essential.

• Skills testing may be necessary.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a Call Center environment.

• Experience with community bank bond / D&O / property and casualty insurance programs is preferred.

• Above-average telephone skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both prospective and existing clients, as well as fellow staff members.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Willingness and ability to use the company’s computer systems and software.

• Ability to comprehend policy forms and coverage descriptions.

• Strong organizational skills are required.
