Insurance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

• Oversee a portfolio of insurance clients

• Ensure an exceptional experience in both operations and relationship management

• Maintain customer retention, address complexities, and enhance the scalability of insurance operations

• Develop strong, trust-based relationships within your client portfolio

• Minimize operational backlog and enhance response times

• Manage cases with precision and reliability

• Recognize opportunities to streamline processes and boost efficiency

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification or licensing as an insurance broker or agent

• Over 5 years of experience in the insurance industry (broker, insurer, or large account management)

• Proven experience in managing corporate or enterprise clients

• High degree of autonomy and the ability to strategically manage a portfolio

• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient in English and Portuguese
