• Conduct captivating online and in-person training sessions for both new and existing clients, utilizing high-quality materials and customized programs.

• Offer expert consultancy to assist clients in maximizing system utilization, which includes hosting webinars and traveling across the country as needed.

• Enhance the skills of colleagues through comprehensive inductions and workshops, while taking initiative in managing preparation, execution, and follow-up for all training activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are a seasoned insurance broker with practical experience on the Acturis platform and a proven history of coaching or assisting new employees.

• You possess the inherent traits of an outstanding trainer – being patient, articulate in your communication, and self-assured while presenting to various audiences.

• You demonstrate strong Microsoft Office skills and a desire to learn, adapt, and continually enhance the way you impart knowledge to others.
