Insurance Services Representative I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Gather and address outstanding insurance receivables, which include unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims.

• Effectively communicate while accurately and efficiently managing a high volume of claims.

• Execute duties and responsibilities in alignment with Mercy’s mission, values, and Service Standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• Proficient computer and typing skills.

• Previous experience with EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory is preferred.

• Prior experience in revenue cycle healthcare billing or insurance is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills are preferred.
