This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Administrative support in an office environment to ensure high-quality and efficient handling of administration requests, involving specific analysis from a variety of stakeholders, including external brokers, end clients, and internal underwriting teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for all escalations with both external and internal stakeholders by addressing all inquiries within the Administrative scope and directing other questions to the appropriate departments or roles.
• Act as a liaison among Policy Administrators, Team Coordinators, and Team Leaders.
• Perform accurate, timely, and efficient data entry of insurance risks in accordance with client standards to achieve Service Excellence, along with general administrative responsibilities.
• Uphold exceptional service standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Provide backup support to the Team Coordinator by assisting in maintaining relevant KPIs and preparing management information reports as requested, utilizing various reporting tools and methods.
• Engage in process improvement projects and offer support.
• Contribute to technical support and establish procedural best practices.
• Generate innovative ideas and assist the Management Team in implementation.
• Ensure there is a backup for senior tasks within the administrative team.
• Handle more complex and time-intensive tasks.
• Serve as a reference point for technical and procedural best practices for other members of the Policy Administration Team.
• Aid in training new staff and actively participate in the transition of new tasks.
• Maintain and update process documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics (e.g., finance, accounting, or related fields).
• Proficient in both written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of diverse teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, capable of producing high-quality output even under pressure and with high volumes of work.
