This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Conduct office-based administrative tasks to ensure the efficient and high-quality handling of requests from various stakeholders, including external brokers, end clients, and internal underwriting teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for all escalations with both external and internal stakeholders by addressing inquiries within the administrative scope and directing other questions to the appropriate departments or roles.
• Act as a liaison among Policy Administrators, Team Coordinators, and Team Leaders.
• Execute accurate, timely, and efficient data entry of insurance risks according to client standards to achieve Service Excellence, along with general administrative responsibilities.
• Uphold exceptional service standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide backup support to the Team Coordinator by keeping relevant KPIs updated and preparing management information reports as needed using various reporting tools and methods.
• Engage in and support process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to technical support and the establishment of procedural best practices.
• Offer new ideas and assist the Management Team with execution efforts.
• Be accountable for having a backup for your senior tasks within the administration team.
• Handle more complex and time-intensive tasks.
• Serve as a reference point for technical and procedural best practices for other team members within the Policy Administration Team.
• Support the training of new staff and actively participate in the transition of new tasks.
• Maintain and update process documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics (e.g., finance, accounting, or related fields).
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within various teams.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output even under pressure and with high volumes of work.
• Inquisitive, eager to learn, and willing to challenge conventional approaches.
• Capable of organizing, prioritizing, and planning workloads to meet deadlines.
