This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee the business operations and associated risks.
• Assist the team in grasping the nuances of healthcare and insurance.

• Recent initiatives include:
• Establishing the pricing and re-pricing strategy for various products.
• Enhancing margin monitoring practices.
• Working collaboratively with the Key Account Managers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools to offer an exceptional experience to their customers.
• Evaluating the profitability of the portfolio and proposing actionable recommendations.
• Engaging in a global insurance community that influences our organization, recruitment, and training across various countries.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in health insurance.
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with industry trends, pricing/repricing business decisions, and market practices.
• A blend of quantitative skills (statistics, actuarial sciences) coupled with experience in insurance products and business.
• Ability to navigate and synthesize technical, data, business, and legal issues related to insurance.
• A builder mindset, consistently identifying opportunities to scale and enhance processes and systems.
• A strong desire to transform the insurance and healthcare industry and challenge existing norms.
• It would be advantageous if:
• You are fluent in Spanish or are willing to learn the language.
• You possess experience coordinating with teams located in different countries.
• You have connections and a comprehensive understanding of the Spanish health insurance market.
