• Conducting telephone intake and managing motor vehicle and property damage claims
• Coordinating and overseeing incoming claims
• Providing competent, solution-focused support to our customers
• Performing general administrative duties
• Recording customer inquiries in the system
• Passion for assisting customers and engaging with them over the phone
• Excellent proficiency in German, both spoken and written
• Experience in customer service and/or the insurance sector is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of common Office applications
• Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Fully remote work within Germany
• Shift premiums for weekends and public holidays — €30 per weekend day (prorated based on the hourly model)
