
Insurance Consultant – Retirement & Biometric Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You offer tailored (digital) guidance and assistance to both existing and prospective clients.
• You evaluate clients' insurance requirements and carry out comprehensive insurance comparisons.
• You create proposals that are both technically and factually sound.
• You analyze insurance offerings in the fields of biometrics and retirement.
• You manage customer and policy information in the CRM system.
• As a subject matter expert, you conduct webinars on insurance and finance for a select group of clients.
• You strategize and implement customer retention initiatives.
• A completed vocational qualification in the insurance or finance sector (e.g., certified insurance specialist, bank clerk, insurance business economist, etc.).
• Experience in advising on biometric and retirement products (occupational disability insurance (BU), pensions, private health insurance (PHI)).
• A strong digital affinity and a passion for utilizing modern tools and processes.
• A systematic and self-organized working style – you are dependable, accountable, and focused.
• Self-motivation and discipline: you work effectively towards your objectives and take ownership of your success.
• You recognize that the onboarding process demands effort and commitment – occasionally exceeding the traditional 40-hour work week.
• You are intelligent, eager to learn, and development-oriented – striving to become the best version of yourself and grow both professionally and personally.
• Excellent communication skills, a confident demeanor, and a refined command of the German language, both written and spoken.
