• Oversee requests for certificates of insurance and provide assistance to policyholders
• Manage incoming email inquiries and generate certificates based on data from the system
• Keep a well-organized record of all requests and their status
• Work closely with the Account Manager to enhance workflow efficiency
• Handle multiple certificate requests at the same time
• Promptly follow up on requests as necessary
• Communicate with clients regarding inspection requirements or updates to policies
• Execute additional tasks related to the role as assigned
• Proficient level of English, both written and spoken
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
• Previous experience in the insurance sector is preferred
• Strong preference for candidates with Property & Casualty (P&C) experience
• Excellent email communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities
• Highly responsive with clear and timely communication
• Solid problem-solving skills and sound judgment
• Professional demeanor, capable of working effectively under pressure
• Strong work ethic and a proactive approach
• Ability to rapidly learn new systems, software, and workflows
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
