Insurance Broker Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist brokers in the preparation of insurance quotes and the processing of new business, renewals, and endorsements.

• Organize and manage all policy documentation, compliance records, and client communications.

• Collaborate with insurers and underwriters to submit and follow up on insurance claims.

• Keep precise and current records within CRM and broking systems (e.g., Insight, WinBEAT, or similar).

• Ensure all workflows, documentation, and audit trails comply with industry and company standards.

• Oversee compliance-related tasks to guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Assist in ongoing process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and service delivery.

• Provide responsive and professional support to internal teams and clients alike.

• Fulfill other role-specific responsibilities as they arise.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.

• At least 5+ years of experience in a broker assistant or insurance administration position.

• Strong understanding of general insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry platforms.

• Knowledge of Australian insurance compliance standards and broking systems.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.

• Proactive communicator capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

• A growth-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

• Tier 2 Insurance Broking qualification or a willingness to pursue it is preferred.
