Insurance Authorization Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete execution of Single Case Agreements (SCAs) with insurance payers.

• Submit, monitor, and follow up on Prior Authorizations (PAs) to ensure prompt approvals.

• Engage with insurance companies to address issues and advance cases.

• Collect and organize clinical documentation needed for submissions.

• Keep precise records across internal systems (e.g., EHR, CRM).

• Proactively identify and escalate delays, denials, or issues with payers.

• Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, intake, billing) to ensure smooth patient access to care.

• Continuously enhance workflows to boost speed and approval rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in at least one of the following is essential:

• - Single Case Agreements (SCAs)

• - Prior Authorizations (PAs)

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Experience working with U.S. healthcare payers.
