This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.
• Call Management & Intake: Serve as the main gatekeeper for all incoming communications, ensuring a professional and inviting first impression.
• Policy Servicing & Admin Support: Manage insurance payment processing and address basic billing inquiries.
• Operational Efficiency: Fill gaps in team capacity by taking care of repetitive servicing tasks.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to cater to a client base that is approximately 60% Spanish-speaking.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; capable of managing high-volume inbound calls with confidence and composure.
• Insurance Experience: Previous experience with insurance servicing tasks (endorsements, intake, payments) is strongly preferred.
• Technical Aptitude: Proficient in using Zywave or similar Agency Management Systems and VOIP platforms.
• Proactive Problem Solver: You don’t merely relay messages; you actively seek solutions to meet the client's basic needs on the first call.
• Detail-Oriented: Diligent about accurately recording data to support the agency’s workflows.
• Resilient: Adaptable in a fast-paced setting where your role significantly influences the team's scalability.
