This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Generate new business quotes and revise existing quotes for personal and commercial lines across various insurance providers.

• Evaluate coverage options, pricing, and underwriting criteria to guarantee accuracy and compliance.

• Assist with policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and general service requests.

• Provide support to agents with documentation, follow-ups, and inquiries related to policies.

• Maintain and update client information in CRM systems, ensuring data precision and completeness.

• Monitor policy statuses, renewals, and follow-up actions to ensure prompt service delivery.

• Communicate with insurance carriers for quotes, policy modifications, and clarifications.

• Navigate carrier portals to obtain documents and submit necessary information.

• Serve as a contact point for routine client communications through email and internal systems.

• Ensure timely, professional, and clear communication that aligns with client expectations and compliance standards.

• Organize insurance documents, proposals, and policy files systematically.

• Assist internal teams with reporting, data entry, and workflow management tasks.

• A 4-Year Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally in Accounting & Finance, Business Studies, Economics, or Public Relations.

• Previous experience in the insurance sector (personal and/or commercial lines preferred).

• Entry-level or minimal experience in client-facing or insurance support roles.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong attention to detail with the capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and develop within insurance operations and client services.

• Proficient in using CRM systems and navigating carrier portals.
