This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
• Utilize advanced analytical and statistical methods to pinpoint the root causes of issues related to Third-Party payers.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data through the use of SQL and internal reporting tools.
• Convert complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership teams.
• Work collaboratively across functions to mitigate the recurrence of payer-related issues.
• Maintain consistent and predictable attendance while fulfilling additional responsibilities within the role's scope.
• Understanding of Third Party Revenue Cycle operations, payer behavior, and liability resolution processes.
• Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques and root cause analysis.
• Strong familiarity with all MS Operating Systems and MS Office applications (including MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), as well as process mapping software like Microsoft Project and Visio.
• Experience with SQL and data-mining tools for validating and reconciling financial data.
• Knowledge of MicroStrategy, SQL, and various data mining tools.
• Ability to develop documentation and recommendations suitable for leadership review.
• Capacity to independently analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
• Skill in influencing decisions through data-driven insights rather than relying on authority.
• Competence in prioritizing and organizing tasks to ensure timely completion of projects or assignments.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively to systematically identify and define problems, assess alternatives, and implement practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Proficient in framing recommendations and presenting them formally to management.
• Capability to handle sensitive financial and patient data in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with a diverse group including directors, managers, colleagues, and external entities.
