Insurance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assisting in the collection, cleansing, and preparation of data for upload into Riskonnect (including policies, claims, and exposure schedules)

• Aiding in data migration, validation, and reconciliation with source documents and legacy spreadsheets

• Contributing to the configuration and testing of: o Insurance policy records and coverage details o Claims intake, tracking, and lifecycle workflows o User roles, permissions, and fundamental reporting

• Engaging in user acceptance testing (UAT) and documenting issues, defects, and requests for enhancements

• Supporting the development of system documentation, job aids, and introductory training materials

• Serving as a liaison between internal users and the Riskonnect implementation team for feedback on testing and issue resolution

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in insurance, risk management, finance, accounting, or a similar analytical position

• Knowledge of commercial insurance concepts (property, casualty, claims)

• Excellent attention to detail and comfort in working with data, spreadsheets, and structured information

• Capability to adhere to established processes while identifying data quality issues or discrepancies

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously in a contract setting
