📋 Description

• Assisting in the gathering, cleansing, and preparation of data for upload into Riskonnect, including policies, claims, and exposure schedules.

• Aiding in data migration, validation, and reconciliation with source documents and legacy spreadsheets.

• Supporting the configuration and testing of: o Insurance policy records and coverage details o Claims intake, tracking, and lifecycle workflows o User roles, permissions, and basic reporting.

• Engaging in user acceptance testing (UAT) and documenting issues, defects, and requests for enhancements.

• Contributing to the development of system documentation, job aids, and basic training resources.

• Serving as a liaison between internal users and the Riskonnect implementation team for testing feedback and issue resolution.

• Assisting with routine insurance administration as needed throughout the implementation phase.

• Supporting claims tracking and reporting activities.

• Aiding in the preparation of renewal data, exposure summaries, and schedules for both internal and external use.

• Keeping organized records of policies, claims documentation, and correspondence.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in insurance, risk management, finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role.

• Knowledge of commercial insurance concepts, including property, casualty, and claims.

• Excellent attention to detail and comfort with data, spreadsheets, and structured information.

• Capability to adhere to established processes while identifying data quality issues or discrepancies.

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

• Capacity to work independently in a contract environment.
