This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients through discovery sessions to gain insights into their life events and provide comprehensive insurance and financial guidance tailored to their current and evolving needs.

• Proactively identify, develop, and expand a new client portfolio through focused outreach, networking, and strategic relationship-building efforts.

• Foster a client-centric approach in a digital landscape by accommodating clients at their convenience.

• Enhance and strengthen client relationships utilizing Salesforce and other compliant customer tools and electronic forms.

• Contribute to and take responsibility for your team's sales achievements by meeting your individual sales targets.

• Expand your external networks by leveraging market opportunities and referrals from approved centers of influence.

• Regularly assess personal business outcomes and modify activities as necessary to achieve set objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess business development and prospecting skills with a goal-oriented mindset and a strong desire to excel.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience is required.

• Proven ability to establish and maintain robust client relationships.

• Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP), or a commitment to obtain it before the start date.

• A pre-existing network of referrals and approved centers of influence is essential.

• A post-secondary degree or equivalent qualification is required.

• Proficiency in digital tools and systems is necessary.

• A valid Canadian driver's license and access to a vehicle are required for traveling to meet clients within a designated area.
