📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of the coding quality program.

• Track QA performance metrics for offshore coding personnel.

• Supply feedback to operational teams.

• Evaluate review trends to pinpoint training requirements.

• Create and execute client-specific quality assurance strategies.

• Generate reports for clients.

• Work in collaboration with business units for a cohesive team approach.

• Act as a subject matter expert for coding-related inquiries.

• 5-7 years of experience in coding.

• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role.

• 3 years of experience in quality assurance auditing.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Highly organized and focused on task completion.

• Strong analytical capabilities, particularly in documentation assessment and data interpretation.

• Capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.

• A solution-oriented approach with the capability to manage workflow obstacles.
