This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• **Cultivate and Enhance the Data Culture:** Convert raw market and internal data into significant, actionable insights that aid in decision-making.

• **Drive Automation Initiatives:** Recognize bottlenecks, manual tasks, and routine operational procedures within the team, designing automated solutions with Google AI tools to achieve efficiency and save time.

• **Data Modeling and Visualization:** Assist the team of analysts and specialists in structuring and analyzing data, visually linking strategic and operational metrics, and creating comprehensive analyses that contribute back to the planning process.

• **Collaboration and Facilitation:** Work alongside internal, multidisciplinary teams to collaboratively develop solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines;

• Advanced expertise in data preparation, analysis, and visualization tools, with practical experience in **SQL, GCP, Looker Studio**.

• Familiarity with languages or tools for process automation and data processing utilizing AI;

• Strong capability to interpret complex numerical data into clear, concise executive presentations for leadership;

• Excellent articulation and communication skills;

• Experience in commercial or promotional planning is a plus;

• Previous experience in data/management consulting or corporate *Business Intelligence* and *Analytics* teams is advantageous.
